Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IgniShark platform and services ("Service") provided by Ignikah Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service​

IgniShark is an AI agent platform that enables users to build, deploy, and manage AI agents for automation and productivity workflows, provided as a subscription-based software service (SaaS).

3. Account Registration​

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment​

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use​

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or misappropriate the Service
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property​

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ignikah Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by international copyright laws.

7. Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties​

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGNIKAH CO., LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
